Find a warm, secluded space

Remove all your clothes, layer by layer

Lie down

Close your eyes to see better

Abstain from thinking

Remain in the now

Take stock of your body

Your feet

Your thighs

Your stomach

Your chest

Your lips

Your nipples

Stay in your skin

Bring all your awareness to your fingertips

Reduce the universe to the territory of your skin

El territorio de tu piel

Nothing else exists

Breath in, breath out

Glide your fingers over your landscape, or rather your skinscape, slowly

No, slower

Be in the present

Be in your body, in your skin

Become skin, become touch

No other sense is needed
